(B35879980)<\/strong> undertakes to provide all customers with transparent information on the booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions.<hr><h4>1. booking conditions (online \/ e-mail \/ advance booking)<\/h4>A booking is only confirmed as binding once a deposit of <strong>30%<\/strong> of the chosen course or camp has been paid.<h5>1.1 Payment by credit\/debit card<\/h5>Payment can be made by telephone on <strong>+34 928 867 548<\/strong>.Please have ready:<ul> \t<li>16-digit card number<\/li> \t<li>Expiration date of the card<\/li> \t<li>Desired course\/camp dates<\/li><\/ul>After payment you will receive a payment receipt via WhatsApp or e-mail.<h5>1.2 Payment by bank transfer<\/h5>After booking, a bank transfer in the desired amount must be made within <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.Please state the <strong>purpose of the booking<\/strong> (communicated at the time of booking) as the <strong>reason for payment<\/strong>.Please send a copy of the bank transfer to:\ud83d\udce7  <a href=\"mailto:info@redsharkfuerteventura.com\">info@redsharkfuerteventura.com<\/a><h5>1.3 Payment of the balance on site<\/h5>The remaining amount is to be paid on <strong>the day of arrival at the REDSHARK office in Corralejo<\/strong>.Accepted payment methods:<ul> \t<li>Cash payment<\/li> \t<li>Credit\/debit card<\/li><\/ul>It is possible to change the course or camp on site. The deposit paid will be credited pro rata to the new offer. <hr><h4>2 Cancellation conditions (online \/ e-mail \/ advance booking)<\/h4><h5>2.1 Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the course\/camp<\/h5>\u2705 <strong>Full refund<\/strong>, less   <strong>25 \u20ac processing fee<\/strong><h5>2.2 Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the start of the course\/camp<\/h5>\u274c <strong>No refund of the deposit<\/strong>\u27a1\ufe0f Deposit is <strong>credited for 1 year<\/strong> and is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.    <strong>Transferable to third parties<\/strong><h5>2.3 Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course\/camp<\/h5>\u274c  <strong>No refund<\/strong><hr><h4>3. cancellation by REDSHARK due to weather conditions<\/h4><h5>3.1 Cancellation &gt; 1 hour before the start of the course<\/h5><ul> \t<li>Postponement to the next possible suitable date<\/li> \t<li>Conversion to other activity (kite \/ surf \/ SUP)<\/li> \t<li>Issue of a <strong>voucher<\/strong> for the value of the canceled activity<em>(valid for 2 years for store, school or material rental)<\/em><\/li><\/ul><h5>3.2 Cancellation at the beach or harbor (before the start of the course)<\/h5>\u27a1\ufe0f Options as above, but with  <strong>15 \u20ac service fee per person<\/strong><h5>3.3 Cancellation after departure of the boat (kitesurfing courses only)<\/h5>\u27a1\ufe0f Options as above, but with  <strong>25 \u20ac handling fee per person<\/strong><hr><h4>4 Cancellation by the customer after confirmed booking<\/h4>This regulation applies to confirmed activities (e.g. in the store or by employees).<h5>4.1 Cancellation &lt; 8 hours before the start of the course<\/h5>\u274c  <strong>No entitlement to a refund<\/strong>, course day forfeited<h5>4.2 Cancellation 8 &#8211; 72 hours before the start of the course<\/h5>\ud83d\udd01 Course will be postponed to the next possible date\u274c No refund,  <strong>except<\/strong> for  <strong>Same day booking &amp; cancellation<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Terms and Conditions (AGB) Booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions REDSHARK S.L.
