MORE INFORMATION

First day: we will start on the beach with wind theory and flying the wing, you will learn the terminology, technical aspècts and safety related to the sport. Then we will enter the lagoon water and start with the exercises on a large volume board so that you can combine the management of the wing and balance on the board.
Second day: if on the first day you have managed to control all the basic equipment and you are ready, then we will move to a smaller board and put the foil and try to get the first flights (this class can be by boat or lagoon depending on the conditions and your level).
Third day: from this moment the practice and instructions of our instructors will give you the possibility to begin to understand and master the flight of foil (this class can be by boat or lagoon depending on the conditions and your level).

First day: in this first contact and assuming that you already have previous knowledge, we will review your level and then we will continue to advance according to your skills, this class will be carried out in lagoon.
Second day: chere we will introduce you to the theory and practice that leads to the subsequent control and flight of the foil (This class can be from boat or lagoon depending on conditions and your level).
Third day: at this time, you will be controlling your equipment all together (board, foil, wing) the aim at this point it’s to be lifting the foil on demand and achieving longer foil flights on the board, this class will be done from boat or from beach according to your level and conditions.
